Medi First Plus Distributor Agreement

2025 Medi First Plus Distributor Terms and Conditions, Shipping and Returns

Minimum Orders:

The initial order shall be for a minimum of $2,000.00. Our minimum order thereafter is $100.00. Each distributor must purchase at least $25,000.00 during each calendar year in order to maintain a distributorship. Any order placed under $100.00 minimum will be charged a $15.00 small order fee.

Payment Terms:

2% 10 net 31 days
*Does not apply to COD, CIA or Credit Card purchases

Credit Cards:

VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. The 2% 10 discount is not applicable when paying by credit card.

Ordering:

Orders may be placed online or by email (cs@mediqueproducts.com). Each order will be confirmed via email. All orders, including orders based on submitted quotations, are subject to acceptance and credit approval by Medique Products. Orders will be held if there are any open invoices over 60 days or your credit limit is exceeded. If you believe you need a higher credit limit, contact your Distributor Account Manager.

Medi First Plus Products are sold in case quantities only.

Freight Terms:

  • All orders $2,000.00 and over, Medique Products pays freight within the 48 contiguous United States. If Medique pays the freight, they choose the shipment method.
  • On orders under $2,000.00 net, truck and UPS shipments will be sent prepaid and added to the invoice unless distributor specifies the carrier.
  • On orders over $2,000.00, if dealer specifies special shipment by air, UPS blue label, etc., the total freight will be charged to the dealer minus the normal freight charge for the shipment.
  • Residential delivery charges will be applied according to the method of shipment.

Freight Shipments:

The BILL OF LADING which accompanies your shipment is an acknowledgment by the Transportation Company certifying the receipt of material in good condition. Safe delivery of the shipment is now the responsibility of the carrier. Please examine the shipment carefully for damages and note the BOL accordingly before signing the BOL upon delivery..

As an added measure, SECURITY TAPE will be used while preparing your shipment. Please make note if that tape has been damaged or tampered with and look for marks or indentations in packages. In all cases of doubt or suspicion unpack goods at this time. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN THE FREIGHT BILL until you are sure that there is no damage to the merchandise. Be sure the number of pieces received agrees with the BILL OF LADING.

DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENTS WITHOUT SHORTAGES, DAMAGES, OR SECURITY TAPE TAMPERING NOTED ON THE FREIGHT BILL BY THE CARRIER’S AGENT.

Claims for loss, damage, or transportation charges must not be deducted from our invoices, nor payment of invoices withheld awaiting adjustment of such claims, since it is a function of the carrier to guarantee safe delivery. We will render assistance to trace and recover lost goods.

Product Guarantee:

All return shipments require authorization by Medique Products prior to returning. Returned product must be in saleable condition and returned no later than 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for credit. Credit will be issued at the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Credits are redeemable only for merchandise exchange. Customer pays freight costs for returns. Medique Products will process claims for all damaged goods refused at the time of delivery. The Distributor is responsible for any damaged goods accepted at delivery.

Catalog and Literature Policy:

Medi First Plus catalogs have a cost of $.65 each.

Sales Training:

Provided several times per year in classroom format. All cost of airfare, meals and hotels are the responsibility of the distributor.

Discrepancies:

All discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must provide a signed packing slip or invoice for any shipping issues along with a picture of the problem item.

MFP Distributorship:

MFP distributors must purchase a minimum of $25,000 a year to keep their Distributorship in good standing. Medique Products reserves the right to discontinue a MFP Distributorship for the following, but not limited to: Using MFP as a loss leader; Not Purchasing the minimum amount ($25,000) in any 12 month period; Not promoting the MFP Product line equal to any other line of product sold.

MFP Products:

The MFP product line was designed for sale via mobile first aid distributors and is to be sold based on the traditional Van sales Method. Any Distributor selling the MFP Product line any other way without the express written consent of Medique Products will be sent an immediate cease and desist letter.

2025 Distributor Return Goods Authorization Procedure

Call Medique Products customer service department at 800-634-7680 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number.

  1. All returns must be requested within 48 hours of receipt of goods. 
  2. Products must be returned to us in original packaging and in saleable condition within 30 days from date of purchase. 
  3. NO returns for product will be accepted for expired product, product that has less then 12 months expiration dating or for lot numbers not shipped on the original invoice in question.

Clearly mark the RGA number on the outside of each box, preferably on or near the shipping label, so that we can assure credit for all products returned.

A 15% restock fee will be charged if the reason for the return is at no fault of Medique Products. Please refer to the Return Goods Policy portion of our Terms for additional information regarding this policy.
